N&R cleaning offers after construction cleaning services for new office buildings, medical buildings, hotels, shopping centers, high rises, banks, schools, residential properties, and other facilities.

We understand that every project is different and we try to accommodate the needs of our client accordingly. Whether you need clean up of the rough construction materials, final cleaning for owners inspection or just a touch up cleaning, we will be happy to help with all your needs

The first thing is first:
  All employees will uniform and safety like; helmet, safety vest etc, if required. A group will be with a supervisor, the supervisor must to have communication directly with the site job superintendent to follow his/her scheduled to cleaning. Supervisor will be on permanent Job site, to make sure all employees are working of the correct way in accordance with the OSHA regulations, and fulfill with the local requisites.  The site supervisor will give a current dally work report.  An N&R cleaning trailer or van will be placed on work site equipped with all products, tools and hardware for cleaning suppliers. Also all the necessary information documents for employees own use, for example  safety manual, M.S.D.S, work training information advertise, right and regulation of the employee, first aid, etc.

Labor Worker:
  • Fulfilling with the requisites in the Project Manual.
  • Labor workers will be placed on the project site, as needed.
  • One labor will clean and maintenance 10,000 SF daily.
  • Cleaning and disposal of waste materials, debris, and rubbish during construction
  • Picking-up garbage, debris, etc around the exterior and interior of the facility.
  • Piling up the debris and moving the items using barrows.
  • Maintain areas under Contractor's control free of waste materials, debris, and rubbish.
  • Maintain site in a clean and orderly condition. Site to be broom swept and scrub brush once a week.
  • Remove debris and rubbish from pipe chases, plenums, attics, crawl spaces, and other closed or remote spaces, prior to closing the space.
  • Daily clean interior areas to provide suitable conditions for Work.
  • Broom clean interior areas prior to start of surface finishing, and continue cleaning on an as-needed basis.
  • Control cleaning operations so that dust and other particles will not adhere to wet or newly--eoated surfaces.

Construction Rough Cleaning includes: 
  •  Remove all trash, dirt, and debris around the exterior and interior of the facility and place it to the designated duster.
  •  Clean all tubs, toilets, lavatories, kitchen sinks and appliances.
  •  Wipe and dust all surface.
  •  Remove all temporary protection and labels not required to remain.
  •  Vacuum all carpeted areas.
  • Dust and sweep all hard surface floors.
  • Dust and vacuum all corridors and stairs.
  •  Clean all utility closets, furnace closets, storage areas, garages, etc.
  • Clean all water heaters.
  • Clean water valve box.
  • Power wash, the outside entrance and surrounding sidewalk areas

Cleaning Hard Surface Floors

             Introduction:
This unique process cleans all types of grout haze, dirt stains, and more.  These products and procedures have become the standard for the industry.  Recommended by most major tile and grout manufactures, this system works where most others fail. Designed to clean and remove all types of grout haze.  Also extremely effective in removing heavy grease, dirt, construction debris, stains, "peach fuzz," etc.  This process can be used to clean all types of hard surfaces including:  porcelain, ceramic, marble, granite, terra cotta, etc. Used are also cleaning products for hard surface flooring that help control slips & falls.  Frequency of floor cleaning and choice of product will vary due to traffic patterns and floor environment.

Equipment requirements:
A

a)     Rotary auto scrubber (Approx. 20”) with brush regulating the water for different floors. 
b)     One mop and a bucket for cleaning solution and rinsing.
c)       A second employee will follow rotary auto scrubber cleaning the parts and corners that the machine doesn’t reach and all water drains.
d)     One nylon brush pad, special for all kinds of flat without damage (match size to scrubber) Note that a brush will clean grout joints better than a pad.
e)     Broom & dustpan.
f)      Wet Floor Signs.
g)     Two people (minimum), one assigned to scrubber and another to apply cleaner and to pick-up used cleaning solution and rinse floor.

Procedure:
 
a)   Sweep floor, vacuum and dust to remove surface debris.
b)   Identify starting and stopping points with regard to sources of power, water, and disposal areas to minimize walking on clean surface.  Wear shoes that not exposed to new blacktopped parking lots or contaminated areas.
c)   Set-up "wet floor signs."
d)   Starting with an area of 100 to 200 SF or approximating a 10’ X 10’ or 20 x 20 area.
e)   Adjust amount of water and speed up or down as needed (for sport floor using very low water).
f)    Begin cleaning with the rotary scrubber back and for, slowly moving in parallel over lapping lines, Turn 90 degrees and clean again, if needed so all surface area and grout joints are cleaned twice.
g)   Remove marks, spot or pint not picked up by auto scrubber using Floor cleaning spray using clean towels or cleaning with pad or brush.
h)   Rinse area and pick up dirt with a mop, wet towels and area that machine do not cleaning.
i)     Repeat above steps making adjustments as needed.                   
j)     When emptying the scrubber tank or pails used to clean the dirt solution and decant water from the pail and empty remaining residue into a suitable waste container.  Standard sink drains may be easily clogged if residue is poured into the sink.
k)   Once the floor has dried, using a clean mop with floor cleaning solution.
l)     NOTE: This method is used only for floor with more than of 500 SF corridor and hallway. For small room that the scrubber cannot be used, manual mop it is necessary to used. Changing the water as minimum three times, adding floor cleaner disinfecting all the times.

    Work Content and Specifications   
 
Final Cleaning: 
Final Cleaning be considered when all labor has been concluded in the site job, and the place remains ready to be inhabited. None presents himself must be working or obstructing during the Cleaning time.  N&R cleaning is not responsible for the dirtiness after having cleaned     
Construction Cleaning: 
Construction Rough Cleaning, concerned to extracting most of dirt and making it as clean as possible, during of construction or before the site be ready for final cleaning.This service included window cleaning inside/outside.

General cleaning procedures: 
The areas will be cleaned from top to bottom beginning with ceiling, air vent, ceiling fans, fixture light, etc. followed the wall until base board (detail base board) using humid special duster  with cleaning disinfect  product. Shelves, compartments, drawers, furniture, sinks,  cabinets, glass, doors, counter-tops, vanity tops will be cleaned outside and edges,  with cleaning sterilizer and will be  polished  after everything is cleaned (detailing,  woodwork and  stainless steel) with appropriate chemicals. 
             
Secured:       
The supervisor and the employees will insure themselves of turn off any unnecessary lights and leave all doors serrated well and activate alarms if apply. All waste containers will be control under supervision to make sure the go to the correct   destination. The Carpet will be protected or covering to avoid damaged during window /glass cleaning and floor scrubber. All chemical containers are labeled by the directions to use in English and Spanish.

Scoping/Procedures 

     

             Wipe Down:

  •      Using duster extension bar and ladder cleaning and dusting, begins on the high parts of walls, fans and fixture light ceiling.
  •       Beginning with the top follow the interior, sides back, bottom and finally front (apply with all cabinets, appliances, furniture and all surfaces)
  •       Soft and clean towels must to be using. Cleaning in only one direction not to leave dust in the surfaces.
  •       Mirror and glass are cleaning with special soft towel and look on both sides, against the light to make sure they are clean.
  •       Special cleaning disinfects will be used for wipe in this project. (Morning mist disinfectant. (Non-alkaline, quaternary formula cannot dull floor finishes. Suitable for use in hospitals "clean and fresh" fragrance.)

Window cleaning:  
A
a)      Inside:We will begin from the top windows; Windows shall washed and cleaned, free of steaks, smears and visible soap residue.  Accumulated dirt, paint specs, or other foreign debris will scrape, from windows.  Frames shall scrub to remove all dried dirt, insects, debris and other materials to be considered clean by the building representative. Windows and glass door sills shall also be washed clean and all drippings will be wiped until dry. Windows and glass door  must be wipe all sills skirting boards and trimming, removing paint, stubborn,                     dirt, dust, concrete, debris and marks. Employees shall use the correct tool size or correct stair size and safety for every window or door, extended bars, depending of the window condition. Professional vacuum cleaner will be used by it to extract the dust and debris that are accumulated between the frames and slide of the window.  
 b)      Outside: Beginning from the top windows, shall washed and cleaned, free of steaks, smears and visible soap residue.  Accumulated dirt, paint specs, or other foreign debris will scrape from windows.  Frames shall  scrubbed to remove all dried dirt, insects, debris and other materials as to be considered clean by the building representative.  Sills shall window also will washed clean and all drippings be wiped until dry. When we get to the bottom windows, we will wash them with a power washer machine as well with water at the same time it will be done  round the area and sidewalk.

 Carpet care: 

  •       Vacuum and edge throughout all carpet areas.
  •       Removing all the item that it is possible to remove (To put then in his positions)
  •       Spot clean all carpeted surface.  

Restroom Cleaning: 
 A
a)       Disposable gloves and safety glasses will be worn for safety. All toilets and urinals will first be flushed before beginning procedure.
b)      Ceramic tile walls and mirror will be cleaned. Regular cleaning can be done with detergent and water and then rinsed away or commercial cleaners such at bundles are used. N&R Cleaning won’t be using scouring powders or other abrasives which can scratch the finish. Special cleaning may be needed for ceramic tile in bathrooms if there is a buildup of: soap scum, a rough white coating, or mildew. Mirrors will be washed the same way as window cleaning.
c)      Removing Soap, scum, and white coating will be cleaning by sponging with GREEN CLEANER/DEGREASER, daily cleaning dilution: 2-3 ounces per gallon for light soil, 4-6 ounces for moderate soil, 9-12 ounces for degreasing or heavy soil, erasing it with water and clean dry towels, allowing it to dry, and then wipe off of all bathrooms with “Morning Mist Disinfectant”. 
d)      Inside of the bowls and urinals. The flushing rim of toilets will be wet thoroughly. Then leaving cleaning solution in the bowl while disinfecting and clean the other areas around the fixture. The top and bottom of the toilet seat will be sprayed with the disinfectant/cleaner. Seat hinges will then be sprayed until they are sanitized. All of the hardware in the toilet or urinal including flush handles and pipes that may have come in contact with human touch will also be sprayed and wiped.
